Lose Weight the Real Way

In the good old days, maidens and house wives applied natural plant parts or herbs to prepare their meals. These plant parts are today being substituted by various developed chemical substances under the guise of food seasonings and stock t prepare meals. The good old method was best because it was natural, healthier and non fattening. People then also had to collect fresh vegetables on farms to immediately cook for their families as they would get spoilt due to their perishable nature as there were no freezers or electricity then. Animals were caught and roasted or braaied for preservation before being used as meals rather than deep frying which is the norm for today’s cooks and house wives to preserve the meat or fish. Fresh waters were being collected from springs and clean streams, river or lakes and pollution was uncommon. A lot has changed since then. Now everything is being done in a hurry, preparing the family meal on a pressured cooker or in the micro wave etc Cooking is a science and can not be rushed. It should therefore be done the right way to facilitate a healthy eating lifestyle. Fresh fruits and food items and even cooking condiments should therefore be used and to be replaced by artificial substances or chemicals. We would be killing our selves more instead o living should we continue with this fast trend. No wonder most people today face a lot of health issues like gaining extra fat even though they to eat excessively. These chemicals accumulate after some time within the body and may cause lots of health problems to individuals. You being fat is not about being he result of laziness its just about what you do to your body- the chemicals the fats from junk meals like pizza, the fast meals etc. Be in charge of your weight loss and do not let unhealthy eating ruin your chances of being just how you want to look while staying in a tick form. Live the smart way and resist clumping your insides with dangerous food substances, in the long run. Cheers!
